Tax Evasion

Since December 2012, I have reported to the South Carolina Department of Revenue that Gene Reed has been evading payment of property taxes on his corporate aircraft.  It has been 4 months since the second reporting and I still have not heard anything.  Who is protecting this man?  Reed has not paid property taxes on his corporate aircraft that are stationed in North Charleston, SC for over 10 years.  The plane is hangered in SC, the pilots and other support live and work out of the Charleston, SC area and the corporation that operates the aircraft are out of South Carolina.  With the assistance of his tax professionals Reed has used other corporations and sales taxes paid in other states to evaded payment of these taxes.  Other wealthy tax payers have been caught but not Reed.  The taxes amount to millions of dollars.  Who is protecting this man and why want the SC government correct this wrong.
